I just want to say I love this... Ive been a huge fan of this app ever since I heard of the project. Ive lost hours upon hours of rest waiting for this day to come. It is now here! Im ready to eat some leftovers and get real weird and greasy. Thank you Leftover Swap! I cant wait for the infrequent sexual content and nudity as well. Food and infrequent sexual content always go well together. I love you guys!!!!!

There are so many times Ive felt bad throwing food away or have been hungry with no idea what to make or have had no groceries. Cant wait to use it and meet new people.

I dont know why one of the reviewers had problems, but the app has worked perfectly for me. I was lucky to find a leftover bag of chips only a block away and I was really surprised by how rewarding the experience was. Its almost like being invited into someones home. You feel such a great sense of appreciation that theyve chosen to share something with you; a sincere gift that fulfills your fundamental need for nourishment. And Im sure they felt great about it too! They say giving is the most rewarding experience of all, so I really look forward to sharing my leftovers soon. THANKS LeftoverSwap!!

Im just trying to give away these crackers but this app keeps crashing after I take a picture. Also only saw some gum available in all of the 5 boroughs. I had such high hopes.

What an amazing idea for an app. I think everyone should start using this. It makes me sick to be in a restaurant and see how much food people waste. I only wish more people felt this way. With this app you can feed the hungry and reduce your waste at the same time! What could be more saintly? Promote this app!

Ive been waiting for this app to release, just to peep at what people cook-up. Maybe even to get ideas on what to make for my own dinner after a long day of work. Only to be disappointed... Theres no menu, it kind of just throws you into a map (if you choose eat) or your camera mode (to take a photo of the food you want to feed with) No real direction on whats going on. I scrolled around on the map only to be glitched into a big blue screen. Are they using a live size map or something because Ive been scrolling across the pacific for some time getting no where. I tried to go back to the main menu (If you can call that a menu)... Just to see if maybe I can restart the search and I could not. Theres also an arrow on the top right of the map that does nothing what-so-ever. I hope Im just using this incorrectly or havent come across some spectacular list of food I could view or one or two reviews, even a sample instructional page. So far, this app is pretty empty and disappointing... 2/10 will probably delete in the near future.

There needs to be some sort of reporting for abuse. There are more people being idiots than are genuinely wanting to help. Seriously... A chewed piece of gum, 5 jelly beans, and a sponge? Nobody will use this if its just a joke.

Sometimes theyre there, sometimes theyre not. Somewhat low participation rates right now, except for a few hotspots (unless the pins have disappeared). Im hopefully that this turns around! Waste not, want not.

Half eaten food with nasty forks still in it. Someone can seriously catch something or get sick from eating after people. Nothing looks appealing on the app.

Does not stop crashing. Cannot even open the app anymore. They did an update which said "fixed crashing." Nope, still unusable. iOS 7.0.2 and 7.0.3 on the 5s... Completely unusable. Its been like this for about 2 months.

The app does not have ipad version. No sbuse report. No participants. The idea is good but needs some work.

Good idea but needs an expiration date, it is food after all. Maybe auto delete after 24 hours will keep it from being abused and running a muck.
